SCOPE OF WORK
Organization a series of 9 pre-match and post-match hospitality events for the guests of one of the main sponsors. Rental and logistics of the space, transport, catering, staff, attractions and artistic settings. 24 months of preparation, 1 month kept in the football mood, over 1500 football fans, 4 cities, 9 events, over 10 venues, 720 minutes of football excitement, over 25 000 bottles of Coca-Cola products empty and recycled, over 35 coaches, mini busses and limousines running 1350 transfers throughout June.
