EVENING – POLISH JAZZ NIGHT

After a warm welcome you will be transferred to your hotel, where we invite you to a welcome drink based on bison vodka and then to a dinner in a pub style restaurant with beer tasting and excellent food. Enjoy the informal and lively atmosphere with music. After dinner experience the great Polish Jazz Night with live entertainment and some of the best jazz performers in the local jazz clubs, including the famous Fabryka Trzciny (Sugarcane Factory), an art centre and a concert venue located in a postindustrial building. Poland is a well known jazz scene with a long tradition, including the Warsaw Jazz Jamboree, one of the oldest jazz festivals in Europe.

MORNING – JOURNEY THROUGHOUT TIME: WARSAW IN THE PAST AND PRESENT TIMES

After breakfast treat yourself to a panoramic visit of Warsaw’s most treasured cultural and architectural jewels. You will have an opportunity to learn a little about Poland’s capital and to see the Old Town, the Royal Castle, the former Ghetto, the Opera House, The Royal Route and many more. The city tour will include a unique ride on the communist style bus and a visit to the Palace of Culture and Science, the most characteristic building in Warsaw, an example of the social-realism style architecture and the tallest building in Warsaw with a magnificent panoramic view of Warsaw.

AFTERNOON – COMMUNIST THEME LUNCH

A great ending of the communist tour will be a theme lunch in the Red Hog Inn. Its name comes from the way the old communist activists where called. The restaurant is full of portraits of different communist leaders ruling in Eastern European countries. The interiors are decorated with various socialist memorabilia. Plenty of red sashes, classic Soviet tunes and delightful staff dressed like keen young communists top off the atmosphere. The restaurant serves traditional Polish food. We invite you to taste some specialties like Mao’s Chicken, Leonid’s Pork Neck or Fidel’s „Cigars”. After lunch you will have free time to explore Warsaw´s shopping centres.

EVENING – ROYAL EVENING

Back at the hotel, the evening begins with an exclusive transfer in vintage cars to a Chopin concert in the Lazienki Royal Park, most beautiful park located in the centre of Warsaw and former summerresidence of King Stanislaw August Poniatowski. The concert will take place in the historic ball room of the Palace on Water. During a break each Guest will be offered a glass of sparkling wine by waiters dressed on request in historic costumes. Following the concert you will have dinner in Belvedere, housed in the New Orangery of the Lazienki Park, an elegant and one of the most prestigious restaurants in Warsaw, which offers excellent cuisine, both Polish and international.

MORNING – STEAM RAILWAY ADVENTURE & KAMPINOS PICNIC WITH AN ART COMPETION

Today we take you to the exciting Mazovian Escapade Tour, during which you will visit Zelazowa Wola, the birth place of the famous composer Fryderyk Chopin. And later on you will board a narrow gauge steam railway and head for the Kampinoski Forest, a national park. Admire the views while drinks are served onboard accompanied by music. At the end of the journey you will be welcomed by a local folklore band’s performance. Afterwards we invite you to outdoor painting and drawing activities and even sculpturing with tutors from Warsaw Academy of Art. Authors of the best pieces of art will be rewarded. And finally after a tough competition you will have a chance to enjoy a picnic lunch in the countryside.
